Online Banking & Bill Payment Update

Effective July 27, 2020, Citizens State Bank will be changing online banking and bill payment providers. You will notice some changes to our web page features with the new update, but you will be able to perform the same transactions as before. Our web page address will remain the same: www.csbanton.com.

Beginning July 20, 2020, you will no longer be able to schedule bill payments in the current online banking system. Payments that have been set up to pay the week of the 20th will still be paid but any future dated or recurring payments after that week will be cancelled.

On July 24, 2020 the current online banking program will be in a “view only” mode until the morning of July 27, 2020. You will be able to view balances but you WILL NOT be able to perform any transfers between accounts or make loan payments online. Any transfers or loan payments you wish to make on that day must be made in person or over the phone prior to 3 p.m. that Friday. Please take into consideration any weekend traveling or shopping that you might need to transfer funds for as you will not have online access to make these transfers.

The new online banking & bill payment program will be available beginning the morning of July 27, 2020. You will be required to log into the new online banking with the temporary password that will be sent to you via the email address we have on file. Once you have logged in, you will be required to choose a new password to use going forward. This can be the same password you were using previously.  Once logged in, you will see your accounts. You may begin doing transfers, loan payments, bill payments, bill payments and view transaction history.

Access to this information. Once you have set up your payees, you may then set up recurring and one time payments as needed. Customers who use the bill payment feature will need to set up your payees again the new bill payment program.
